being offered at a special convention rate of $125.00 per
person if pre-registered by October 24, 2008 or $150.00 at the
door. The course includes all necessary materials, copies of
industry-specific OSHA interpretations, product samples, and
a certificate of completion. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit
is required for each attendee. Full payment and deposits can
be paid via money order, certified check, or credit card. We
request that all participants pre-register to ensure enough materials
are available for all attendees. Pre-registered participants
will be guaranteed course space; all others will be welcome on
a first-come-first- serve basis, as the availability of materials
allow. Lodging and meals are not included.
